Sthembiseni Phoswa holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He currently works as an accounts clerk at SunCoast Casino in Durban. He joined Ikamva Youth in December 2007 during the summer school that was hosted at UKZN's Howard College Campus tutoring Accounting and Mathematics. He is the Finance coordinator for the branch.
