Organisational Structure
Each IkamvaYouth branch is managed by a branch committee (branchcom), consisting of the Branch coordinator, their assistant and the most committed learners and volunteers. Each branchcom is responsible for decision making and programme delivery at their branch.
The national committee (natcom) consists of the executive director, national coordinator, natcom support staff and each regional manager and branch coordinator. Natcom is responsible for decisions that affect the organisation nationally and national programme delivery.
The board of directors has feduciary and legal responsibility, and provides guidance, support and oversight to natcom.
