Zukile entered the IkamvaYouth programme in 2004 at the Makhaza branch in the Western Cape. Here is a summary of his amazing achievements:

Zukile matriculated in 2005 as the dux scholar of his school. He also was top at his school in the following subjects: Mathematics, Accounting, Business Economics and Economics! In 2004 at the end of grade 11 he was top accounting learner at his school.

He is currently completing his final year in BCom Information Systems at the University of the Western Cape.

He was active in the Brawam-Siswan mentoring programme in 2007.

He was a tutor for UWC's SRC winter classes held in 2006.

Additionally, Zukile has remained a committed volunteer at the IkamvaYouth branch, he has served as the head of the Career Guidance committee and has actively tutored over the past 5 years.

While studying and volunteering, Zukile has also managed to find time to work part-time as a senior lab assistant at the UWC lab in 2010, and as a junior lab assistant in 2009.
